Joining Big Watt are: Michael J. Miller, President, Head of Power & Utility; Shirin O’Connor, President, Data Center Development & Construction; and Kerry Feinberg, President, Data Center Operations.
Miller will lead Big Watt’s utility and energy-infrastructure efforts, supporting the power needs of the Company’s growing AI and high-performance computing platform. O’Connor will lead global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) programs for Big Watt’s data center portfolio, and Feinberg will direct end-to-end operational execution across the Company’s growing platform.
These strategic appointments further strengthen Big Watt’s leadership team as the Company advances its significant pipeline of integrated power and digital infrastructure development projects. Big Watt’s growing and experienced leadership team is focused on delivering power and data-center capacity to meet the growing demand for AI-ready digital infrastructure. The Company has commenced more than two gigawatts of development across Texas and South Dakota, with a 14-gigawatt pipeline across major markets.

Michael Miller is an energy infrastructure executive with nearly 40 years of experience across development, construction, operations, investment, and asset transactions. He joins Big Watt with leadership experience spanning power generation, energy development, and infrastructure investing. Miller previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Aerogy, LLC, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Utility Generation, Partner at Midstream Capital, Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management and Partner at Highstar Capital. He currently serves as a board member of GH Power.

Shirin O’Connor is a globally recognized energy and infrastructure executive with more than three decades of experience in large multi-national organization leading engineering, supply chain, and construction from initial business planning through operational readiness. She most recently served as Corporate Vice President of Engineering, Supply Chain and Construction for Microsoft’s Cloud and AI Infrastructure group, where she led the execution of multi-billion annual capital programs for datacenter build expanding Microsoft’s computing capacity threefold across 350+ data centers in 70+ regions. She previously held senior leadership roles at Air Products and Fluor leading engineering, mega project execution, and commercial deployment of Nuclear SMR technology. Shirin serves as an independent board member of MYR Group.

His career includes leading $20B+ CapEx and OpEx strategies for top-tier hyperscalers at Accenture, maintaining 14 West Coast facilities for Shell, and managing high-voltage power infrastructure at Dow.
