Final Ticket Sales Remain Open as Porsche’s Most Immersive Lifestyle Event Returns to Orange County on April 25 along with a US Premiere of Porsche’s New GT3 Sport Cabriolet

COSTA MESA, CA / ACCESS Newswire / April 24, 2026 / With just two days to go, Air|Water Driven by The Mobil 1 Brand returns to Southern California for its fourth annual installment, bringing together everything from vintage icons to modern performance in one place for a one-day celebration of Porsche culture. Taking place Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the OC Fair & Event Center, the event continues to build on the foundation established by the Luftgekühlt series while expanding its focus to include a broader range of cars, experiences, and enthusiasts. With two days away, limited tickets are still available for last minute purchases, so act now.

This year’s event is anchored by a major debut from Porsche Cars North America, with the unveiling of a new GT3 S/C – which stands for “Sport Cabriolet”. Positioned as a true driver-focused car, the open-top GT3 blends track capability with open-air driving, offering a fresh take on one of Porsche’s most performance-driven platforms. Surrounded by other exclusive driver focused examples from Porsche’s heritage, the debut marks one of the first opportunities to experience the new GT3 S/C in a live event setting, making it a defining moment of this year’s Air|Water annual event.

Air|Water Driven by The Mobil 1 Brand will be hosted by noted automotive journalist Jonny Lieberman, who will guide attendees through the day’s programming and highlight key moments across the event. BMX pioneer Bob Haro will debut a dedicated BMX Freestyle exhibit in conjunction with Robert Castillo’s renowned BMX Freestyle team. This dynamic component blends together an engaging sporting and cultural element that reaches beyond the automotive space. The show field will also feature new builds and contributions from respected figures within the Porsche community, including Rod Emory’s latest creation and others, adding even more depth to the overall experience.

This year’s Air|Water Driven by The Mobil 1 Brand will feature a curated lineup of standout vehicles and themed displays that highlight Porsche’s motorsport legacy and design heritage. Among the highlights is a Group C Porsche 962 display in recognition of 45 years of the GTP racing class and 75 years of Porsche Motorsport, offering a direct connection to the brand’s rich racing history. FAT International, the revived motorsport brand led by Ferdinand “Ferdi” Porsche, great-grandson of Porsche’s founder, will feature the final evolution of the 962 with the 962C. Sporting a striking livery this car was raced across Europe by Derek Bell, Hans Stuck, and Frank Jelinski from 1990-1992. Also on display will be AO Racing’s fan-favorite “Rexy” GT3 R, the Sally Specials inspired by the beloved character from Disney-Pixar’s Cars, and a rare presentation of Ferdinand Alexander “Butzi” Porsche’s personal 911. Each highlighted feature contributes to a broader narrative that spans decades of Porsche innovation and cultural impact.

At the heart of the event is a full day of programming running from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, featuring curated vehicle displays, immersive brand and exhibitor experiences, and the Live Broad Arrow Porsche Auction. Browse here over 60 incredible lots from Porsche’s history and prepare yourself for an exciting sale. More than 50 exhibitors will fill the Exhibitor Hall inside the Huntington Beach building, bringing together automotive parts, art, apparel, and lifestyle brands in one place. This reinforces Air|Water as more than a traditional car show, but a broader cultural experience centered around Porsche and its community.

With the event approaching, final tickets remain available in limited quantities. General Admission provides access to the full daytime experience, including all vehicle displays, exhibitor areas, and live programming throughout the OC Fair & Events Center, with tickets available here. The Saturday evening Runway Reception at Finish Line Auto Club offers a more intimate extension of the event, giving guests access to a curated evening environment with hospitality, standout vehicles, and runway views overlooking John Wayne Airport. Located just 0.5 miles from the venue, the reception provides a distinct experience for those looking to continue the Air|Water weekend beyond the main show.

While feature and premier vehicle submissions for the main show are now closed, Paddock parking remains available for those still looking to participate. Air|Water Driven by The Mobil 1 Brand promises to bring a few surprises along with details for the upcoming announcement of Luftgekühlt 12, continuing the momentum of the brand’s global expansion and giving attendees a first look at what’s next for the series.

Now in its fourth year, Air|Water Driven by The Mobil 1 Brand continues to grow as a must-attend event for Porsche enthusiasts of all kinds, bringing together community, heritage, and performance in a way that feels both authentic and inclusive. The event’s ability to connect different generations of enthusiasts remains a defining element of its success, while its continued growth reflects the strength of the Porsche community. With just two days remaining and tickets continuing to sell through, attendees are encouraged to secure their place ahead of the event.
